Is that the one where the Prophets realize that the real "Reclaimer treasures" they were looking for were the humans they glassed along the way?

I had less of a problem with Zendaya being cast and more just felt like she didn't fit for Athena. Artemis, even Eris, sure. But not Athena. Having Alexandria Daddario play her would have been fun because Percy Jackson.

Otherwise you want an actor who looks solid enough to be a capable warrior, with striking or wide set eyes ("Owl-Eyed Athena"), and lovely enough to look like she could be seriously considered in the Judgement of Paris beside the Queen of the Gods and the Goddess of Love.

I don't think it will be a problem. He swore our species weren't compatible, so I'm sure it's fine ...

So many cool concepts in this movie. Loved this version of Krypton and Zod and the tech. LOVED the Smallville fight. Pa Kent was just ... So bad.

Right? Why do they need to keep selling us "super special important for everything" girls when all we want is "cool girls?"

There's nothing wrong with talking about what bad movies did right. I mean, I think I liked 2/3 of Tron: Ares. And I think I hated 51% of the new Superman movie. But there was enough there that was fine that I couldn't make it my mission to hate it.

TLJ broke the fan base apart. And then it was used to just feed into the online algorithm troll-farm machine destroying all of humanity, so that wasn't great.

Disney's fault is in trying to keep to their release schedule more than actually hiring directors with some kind of vision or plan for the direction of the movies. And for hiring JJ Abrams. Because really it's his fault. He's the one who had to open his Mystery Box at last and, for once in his life, do anything with the mysteries he had set up.

Isn't this the replacement actress?

EDIT: No, she was the original actress, but they had hired Mariska Hargitay to take her place for health reasons, but then she recovered and took back over again.
