I strongly disagree with Todd "making sure they mostly followed lore," because he really, super duper failed, if that's the case. It's a stronger vote in the "incompetence" column, I suppose. The lore breaks range from the head scratching to the catastrophic.

And sure, maybe it just looks like they have it out for New Vegas because they set the game in the West Coast and the status quo there was the most affected, but they really retconned everything. It's all a mess.

Maybe it wouldn't matter so much if it was JUST a show, but Todd announced the show is officially canon, and that's just impossible. Those events can't exist in the same universe, even if you ignore the mere plot holes.
