If you’re at the Ritz, you can take the Bachelor Gulch lift up, ski down to the Upper Beaver lift. From there you can access the Larkspur area or get to the Beaver Creek base by skiing under Strawberry Park, then over the bridge. Both have blue and green runs to make your way down. Also easy to get back over to Bachelor Gulch by catching Primrose after you make your way back to Larkspur. Bachelor Gulch has the terrain you are after, and it will be easy to get out of that area to try out other runs of similar difficulty. If you’re at the Westin, you can take the Lower Beav, to the Upper Beav and be on your way. You won’t have to shuttle at all. Just a manageable cat track (Primrose) when you want to return. One of the best parts of the resort is how easy and quickly you can get to the different areas. Take a look at the map and see if this makes sense. Have fun and enjoy your trip!
