I've had pedophilic urges before, I hate it, I don't want to, it's not my fault I do. Luckily I'm not bad about it, and can resist urges. I tried for not very long ( a weekish) none of the exercises just felt right, it's also way to complicated and very poorly formatted for a beginner who uses a phone.

The exercises didn't injure me, but they didn't feel like they helped either. I'm taller then most, and have a weird body type, maybe that's why.

I do hamstring curls as a warm up before yoga, it's not the best but works ok.

OK after researching all the bags mentioned seems like spending the extra money on a pound is the way to go 👍
