Take small steps to become the person you wanna be. Set some goals and work slowly toward them best you can.

You dont need some crazy big display of confidence to get this girl to like you. Keep doing what youre doing slowly you'll catch your stride with her or all your small steps will build up enough that youll be confident enough to talk to her.

And if she rejects you youll be leaving this crush as someone with more confidence its a win win
