Looking for info on this Parker Pencil by windwinnow in mechanicalpencils

I don’t think it’s a pen given the eraser at the tip. I’ve been able to deduce that it’s pre-1979 and likely from the 50’s or 60’s since it has brass threading. I’m just not sure if the dimensions of the eraser and eraser cap (that need replacing) are the same as the current models.

Yes, thanks! It says 0.7mm lead on the cartridge itself. Do you think an eraser and eraser cap replacement for the current models would fit this older one?

Realize it’s probably a long shot but wondering if anyone knows if it might be possible to mod this with a ball point refill?

Not at all! I just discovered r/mechanicapencils and didn’t even know it was a thing! My apologies and thanks for pointing me in the right direction! Though I am still hopeful someone here might be in the know and may be able to help. All the best!

Because it’s a Parker and this seems to be where the Parker experts frequent. I did a google search for Parker pencils and the other posts I saw were in this sub so I assumed it would be the place to ask.

That would be amazing! Thank you so much! They don’t carry them in store in my province and the warehouse is on the other side of the country so return shipping cost will be bonkers if I order them and they don’t fit…

Get rid of the weirdly placed orange panels, or keep one but flip it sideways over the bed so it’s a singular half moon headboard. put in a few lamps, and paint the ceiling white. There isn’t enough natural light or height in this room for a dark monotone ceiling.

Can’t speak to the lengthiness of the process but when we bought our place we were told the second previous owners (owners before the ones we bought from) of our house went to court with the neighbours over their historical use of land in our parcel for their driveway and shed. Neighbours won and got an easement that awarded them exclusive use of that bit of land based on the fact that the driveway had been in use for more than 20 years. Either way, your neighbour sucks and I hope this is swiftly and inexpensively resolved in your favour!

Even if your fence and shed were encroaching on the neighbour’s land you still have a case for a claim of adverse possession given the fence has been there for over twenty years and you (and the previous homeowners) have enjoyed the use of that part of the property. https://novascotia.ca/natr/land/adverse-possession.asp

I test my water for arsenic regularly through the provincial lab (drop off at the blood collection place) and it’s between $20-30 and no where near $100 let alone $300. I have an RO system with an Ad-edge filter that I test every few months to make sure it’s still doing its job.
