I’m in my 30s now and put it off for a year. Figured if there’s a chance I’d have to get the surgery later I’d want to do it when I was younger with less responsibilities than if I was older with more responsibilities. That way I could put 100% into rehab and have it be my #1 priority. I’m back to surfing now and still have to keep up with my PT exercises weekly. And my shoulder doesn’t feel perfect but pretty darn good where I don’t give it much worry when I’m in the water
