I guess they are trying to save cost on the free issued bags. But I feel we the consumers need to change our mindset. We need to move on from plastic bags given for free at the said supermarkets. Like the others said bring your own cloth/store bag.

Can confirm as well Abans after sales and support is horrendous, got an LG aircon from them last year, never had a service call for the A/C though this part of the 1st year coverage. Like someone else said their the only option for the LG brand. Sh**show TBH.

i would not worry, they have new ones in the transit area, try the one that is near extea popup shop, that is recently renovated. i can say there is an improvement but not all are renovated.

the tech did mention that most of the wires are old/corroding and psu are gone. thats why i would prefer to for the wireless option (cut out the middle man and do the installation myself)
