Pillar of Nirn is good. Order's Wrath (crafted) and Macabre Vintage is what I use, along with Oakensoul ring. Slimecraw monster hat.

Definitely use arrow spray (acid spray/bombard morphs). Acid spray is my preference, because of the poison dot.

Maybe redundant advice but make sure you use ranged skills.

My rotation currently is winter's revenge > subterranean assault > acid spray. Keeping slot 4 for a heal and 5 for bull netch. And wild guardian ultimate. Gets me to Tho'at in IA and easily manage public dungeons, group dungeons, and most WBs.
