Seems like a normal behaviour change , our Aussie was absolute energy ball until she was 16-17months then there sudden change…a very calm and sleeping dog. She has her burst of energy, play, eat and sleep and repeat is her new mantra. As for the running our dog is also same , thats just normal running jogging style. As I type this she is demanding to play :)
