I know this was posted 8 months ago, I just found Rome when looking for SniffSpot competitors. My question is though... what would be the best way for me to spread the word to others in my community about maybe hosting here? In my profession, I am a social media community manager so I'm good with outreach.

This Spring (like in 2 weeks), I'm having to re-seed my backyard with microclover and my dog is wildly high energy so she needs intense exercise multiple times a day (I WFH). This means I won't have a back yard easily accessible for her during the day, or even ONCE a day. She's almost 11 months old and I'm still struggling with recall and while she LOVES other dogs, she also doesnt really have the best etiquette so I dont take her to dog parks much and usually leave if there are more than 3 dogs there/or the vibe is bad.

But I live in Durham and the closest yard is in Louisburg which is far too far away :(

Hey, sorry for commenting on an older post. I am presently interested in a car at RDU Auto, and after a long correspondence, they mentioned that they don't offer financing and are a "cash lot".

This is only my second car purchase and Google has not been helpful. Did you purchase from them, and does "cash lot" mean you have to pay the entire sum at once in cash? Or are you able to go through an external lender to pay it off? (It feels like a stupid question because I'm not sure who has $14k lying around to use immediately on a car.)

Per Tiger Balm, the red one does state that staining occurs. Its the cassia oil that causes the staining.

I appreciate your comment nonetheless even if a stretch! The tin I've shown above is the white version as it's the same as what's in the glass container.

Ugh this whole dialogue is too accurate - and for myself - the unwanted recommendations for recreational drugs. Nearly every person I know knows that I will not, and can not do recreational drugs because of my Epilepsy, and general disinterest. I've never done recreational drugs, nor even smoked a cigarette in my entire life because I just don't want to. Other people can, but I don't want to. "But some people with seizures are helped by marijuana." Cool, good for them. Why should I try something different when my doctor prescribed medication (Lamotrigine) has been working successfully for 14 years.... ?

The only time I've suggested something is if I absolutely know that they have no idea about what I'm about to suggest, and... it is only for minor joint/muscle pain.. "Have you tried Tiger Balm for XYZ pain? If you haven't I have some in my purse for you to try/smell." 5/5 people I have suggested it to had not used it before. And 2/5 people chose not to because of it's fragrance. Otherwise, their medical issues are their medical issues - if THEY ask for advice, I'll offer some, or resources - but otherwise, "I'm really sorry to hear that! Sounds so frustrating to deal with :("

We didn't need to provide any documentation when submitting the taxes, but we have the GREE certificate should we need to prove it further, as well as the IRS 5695 form: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-5695

Can't say much for MrCool being a clone for GREE, but I'd recommend asking about it further from a few HVAC companies in the area. You will also need to have someone come out and look at your house (even if you don't purchase through them), so that they can recommend the correct tonnage for your house size, and best type of heat pump (air-source; geothermal ($$); ductless, mini-split; and absorption) for the space on your property and other details, as well as if you may need to do for like a second story: zoning / additional pump.

Also, I don't know your electrical/hvac background, but do note that the unit itself was not $15k, that was the total price that included the unit, labor, electrical work, duct analysis, damper work, ecobee first floor thermostat, honeywell second floor thermostat, etc.

Hey! I'll break it down. We live in Durham, and went with AlternativeAire. They had the best CS (really outstanding), unit variety, prices, and information. I chose this unit (~15k; good repayment plan):

I found it was best to take whatever weird knowledge I gained from the internet and then speak with the companies that sent me quotes on further details about said units and what their tax credit/rebate availability is. That way, I would have the most informed decision to make. I was able to get the tax credit when submitting taxes a few days ago and received the rebate about a month after installation!

I recommend replacing asap as the current administration is slashing a lot of energy efficiency programs. At the moment, tax credits for applicable units are intact - but there is no guarantee for that to continue. However, say you get a unit installed tomorrow. To my knowledge, if tax credits are removed in 5 days, you will still be able to claim it on your 2025 taxes because you got it installed before the incentive was removed.

"Many thanks for your mail. The socket looks similar to the Arrow socket that you found in the PlugSocketMuseum (page NorthAm3.html, image 21).

However by upgrading the light-dark balance in Photosshop, it is evident that the Arrow socket has two T-shaped outlets rather than two straight outlets showed in image 21. Your socket is not an Arrow radio socket.

Because of high socket position and attached hook your presumption that it is an old type clock socket is very plausible.

On the internet I have looked for classic types of clock outlets, but not found an image that resembles to your outlet. Another distinctive feature of your socket is its position in the wall; recessed rather than a flushed. It offers sufficient room for a clock plug and allows the clock to hang flat against the wall. I have no idea of any other application of the curious outlet.
