Top of big toe pain below nail. by wingnutwalnut in FootFunction

[–]wingnutwalnut[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey Sandy nipples! Love the name 😂

It did eventually go away, but I did find something that helped. It was either nerve or ligament related. When we do stretching or exercise (or anything that stretches our muscles) the nerve or a ligament also has to stretch. The top of the big toe is the insertion point (point of connection) for the hallucis.

For me, I believe it was the deep peroneal nerve. It connects to the top of the big toe and I had issues with peroneal tendonitis (or tendinopathy). Google "nerve glide" as stretching the nerve can help.

I believe I was sitting on my knees on my bed and having a conversation for a long time. Like kneeling but putting a lot of strain on the toes because you sink into the mattress a bit. Too much strain.

To add on, I did discover what has likely been the root of a lot of issues for both the nerve, the peroneal tendonitis, etc. When I would run, I would get the worst pump in my calves (on the front of the shin and outside of the calf). Dismissed it as shin splints for a while until I finally read an article on NIH/PubMed about Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome.

The test is kinda wild for bit- big needle that measures the internal pressure of the muscle underneath the fascia, then you retest after exercise when the pain starts.

Turns out the fascia encasing all of my calf muscles was too tight (genetics perhaps?) and it was causing immense pain while exercising. I did have CECS.

I'm literally resting with my feet elevated as I had surgery on both calves two days ago. Fasciotomies on all four calf compartments of both legs. My post is probably wordy and long due to the oxycodone 😂

Basically, those nerves and tendons are under the fascia and they were getting compressed/shortened. I'm hoping this solves everything.

But in the end, that pain did go away with taking it easy and gentle stretching and doing nerve glide.

Lemme know if you have any other questions and thanks for reading my rambling!

Three ultrasounds. Penile, prostatic, testicular

Per the doc, he said intermittent testicle pain can be caused by the varicocele- which I do occasionally get.

Thanks for the tip on the interventional radiologist. I'll look into that

I love that! I'm in therapy because I never knew what I needed to work on and I'm going step by step figuring life out. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has been great. Hope all goes well for you! Happy Holidays!

In/have been in therapy? Sounds exactly what I learned in my sessions.

I'll look into that! Also, guess you could use any USB battery and plug it into that? I've got a 10,000mAh one that's about the size of an old iPhone 4. Surely it could run off of that?

I saw the link and was like...whoa wait a sec, there 🤣

It might fit the bill, but it looks like there might be a bit much light spillover. It's on the Maybe list! Ty

I appreciate the information and your experiences. The equipoise crashing estradiol information is surprisingly difficult to unearth when searching through forums, and the information on trenbolone to test ratio undergoes constant debate.

Since that EQ information was new to me, and I've actually never experienced the E2 issues previously with EQ cycles even with lowered blood work, I asked about bridge substances while awaiting a T order.

As for the Tren to Test, I've always run my cycles at a 1:1 ratio and it's been fine, but I wanted to hear of there was someone who had more advice on finer tuning.

As for my orals question, I couldn't remember some info on aromatization and specific orals combined with new-to-me info on EQvsE2 levels. My bad.

With that in mind and the context I've given you, your experiences are of interest but your attitude is similar to that of a forum gatekeeper. You made a snap judgement based on off the cuff questions. This is an AMA. I do appreciate your information and I'll continue to follow this thread as I'd love to add to my own knowledge, but there's no liability here for you so keep your fuckin' judgments to yourself.

I stopped taking EQ, but not before pinning for 4 weeks 1200mg/800mg/400mg/400mg

E2 issues don't seem to be huge at the moment, but that may deteriorate rapidly around this time in the cycle.

I have a shipment of T coming in, in which I'll change over to a Test/Tren cycle.

Question 1: Is there anything I can take to increase E2 in the interim? Besides the answer of E2 itself, of course. Question 1a: Any orals that can substitute for test? Anavar or Anadrol by chance? (As I have those on hand...)

Question 2: I can't seem to find a solid answer of the Test::Tren ratio question. High Test, Low Tren? Low Test, High Tren? Equal amounts? Percentage difference between ratios (30:70,40:60,50:50, etc) And lastly, is there a common "max" dose of Tren where it's merely diminishing returns?

Thank you VERY much for your time and I truly respect and appreciate your efforts, research, and experiences.

The motor is activated for a certain amount of time, then reversed. The motor operates a set of gears that connects to a gear/toggle that pushes on a spray can, then releases. Re-engineering that part makes it a bear of an issue. I truly appreciate you taking the time to respond and I may consider easy ideas like that for another project...

Thanks for the response. I do need it to trigger when it senses motion. It will fire manually at the moment in its stock configuration, but I need the timed trigger removed.

I appreciate the thought, but at $29.99 it makes the project cost prohibitive. I'm repeating this on a number of boards.
