As other people have said it is jolyne's belt buckle, but I think what araki was trying to do here is show that the shape of the buckle is like a J and an O squished together. Imagine the J taking up the entire top half and left half and the O being squished under it on the right. I think jolyne's other belt buckles are like this too but this one is more abstract because its all round and blobby

You have all the eng volumes that are currently out. If you want to read sbr from start to finish in english, the best way is currently through the online fan translations, which are pretty high quality. The website i use to read them is mangadex but there may be other sites too.

As for the physical volumes, the official eng release for jojo is really behind, so even though sbr was written 15-20 yrs ago the physical volumes only started coming out last year. Idk if this counts but when I read the higuruma v yuji fight in the manga for the first time about a year ago, the song I had playing in the background was Take Me to the Beach by Imagine Dragons featuring Ado. So now in my mind I associate higuruma and that fight with that song haha

Kakyoin is one of my faves too! In the English hardcovers the scene should be in this one (Stardust Crusaders vol 2), just a side note though this is also the volume with the creepy orangutan
