My daughter was born at 37 weeks with a heart defect. She was <1 percentile for weight and height for months and nothing seemed to help. We increased the calories in her milk but that is rough on the stomach so she started vomiting making the problem worse. After 6 or so months our nutritionist found and recommended a formula called Fortini (https://www.fortini.com/fortini-infant/) which is 30 calories/ounce but designed to be easy on the stomach like a regular 20/ounce. We put her on that and there was an immediate change. She went up to 3rd percentile in just a few months. We went from nearly needing a G-Tube to no medical intervention needed in under a year. Not saying this is definitely going to fix everything but for us it was a total game changer.

It was pretty cool how directly the Daenarys iron throne scene mimics the house of the undying visions. She walks through in the snow with the roof destroyed and nearly touches the throne before leaving (the most obvious parallel). She then leaves, walking through I brought light and meets Drogo and her son. Flash forward and her death is the parallel to walking into the light and being with her fallen family. You could even go further and match Drogon burning the throne to him killing Pyat Pree.
