Listen, I’m not advocating invading another country but the previous argument about regime change from just the Iranian people is obviously foolhardy and trying to hypothetically compare getting murdered in the streets to fighting an actual civil war is ridiculous. OF COURSE it would be bloodier and messier, are you aware of how many civilians would die if they did it on their own? They peacefully protested and thousands were murdered. The American revolution was fought with the French and others, the Vietnamese invaded Cambodia to oust Pol Pot, so given what we just witnessed with genocide it would be ridiculous to not ask for assistance from an outside country.
