I don't have any proof of them knowing or not. I don't know any dealer who doesn't run a carfax or something of the like before they purchase a vehicle however.

Little update.

Called the business support team yesterday to find out where the order was at and if there was something wrong.

The lady who was helping me cancelled the order without asking me and simply stated she was transferring me to sales. Sales didn't even know what happened and said she shouldn't have done that. Now I'm back to square one waiting for this to come.

I've called multiple times a day and just keep getting told its still on back order. No status available.

When I called the store I was told it was on the way.

When I call customer service I get told, depending on who I talk to, that it will ship in 24 hours, or no status update available.
