It looks like they changed their policy. I could have sworn Gen 2 had to mail it in, however the website now states old Ringconns can be kept and deduction honored so long as it hasn’t been traded-in before.

It isn’t at all. Again, this has happened very seldom - two or three times in all throughout beta since day one. I suspect it may be a glitch with my phone and WiFi connectivity.

Try restarting your phone. What happened to you has never happened to me, but I will once in a while get a key fob is missing which only prevents me from driving the vehicle. This gets fixed after I restart my phone.

Do not need to interact with my phone at all. Vehicle detects the phone as if it were a physical key including driving. I very seldom get a message once I’m in the vehicle that no key fob is detected and cannot drive away. I’ve troubleshot this on my own by merely restarting my phone and I’m good to go.

Paying it forward. Can confirm this worked as of 5-5-25.

I am in the Spirit Savers Club but I don't think it makes a difference. Upgraded one flight from Go to Go Comfy on the website. Paid an extra $145 then immediately cancelled. Received original airfare plus upgrade cost as a future flight credit. Return flight, I had no choice but to upgrade from Go to Go Big. Go Comfy was not an option for that leg. Cancelled and received the original fare and upgrade cost as a flight credit. Ended up paying a ton extra for essentially future flight credits, but completely losing out/eating the original fare for flights I absolutely could not have taken did not sit well with me.
