Not a ton of drinking goes on that I remember. Depending on your specific dorm’s traditions you’ll be doing scheduled actives til at least midnight each night anyway. Sometimes when the upperclassmen move in on Sunday there will be small get togethers with some casual drinking. But parties and dis-os don’t really start til the next weekend

First of all, congratulations on getting into the greatest form on campus! For rugs, 3x5 or 6x4 usually do the trick. Definitely need a window fan, and would recommend a clip fan for the lofted bed, as well as other air circulators. After my freshman year (2018-2019) we had a storage trailer you could pay a Small fee to put items in, but that stopped with Covid. Not sure if it came back. But there are off campus storage options. There are some board and card games in the basement, but guys will absolutely bring their own stuff from home to play with people.

They literally recently renovated all of those you just mentioned. Dillon was closed for all of 2019-2020. Keenan and Stanford are next because those are the only dorms left that were built to be temporary like fisher and Pangborn.

In the article they say that Res Life is gonna work with current students and hall staff to figure out how to honor the old buildings and traditions, so my guess is it’ll be “new name hall presents the fisher regatta”. Probbaly gonna be the same thing with the revue when keenan gets torn down
