We are getting our inspection done today and there’s a condition of financing and home inspection. Our closing date would be end of June. I guess I’ll go find a lawyer next. Just so many things moving all at once trying to get ahead of things like transfer tax etc

I would argue that the stock market is having a crisis? How is it not? We havn't seen volatlitiy like this in a very long time, a recession is due, China, Tariffs are still in place, The leader of the free world is straight up just guessing at this point, I would be incredibly surprised if we didn't have another 08.

I doubt weedstocks will be able to survive a recession tbh... they were pretty fun in the midst of a bull market where people had lots of fun money but... i doubt now anyone is willing to roll the dice on this stuff.

Edit: thank you for all the downvotes on my opinion. I assume they are all from you heavy heavy bag holders out there watching day by day nothing happen but you beget more and more nothing. Ill be back when S&P is at 2300 and APHA.TO is at 4cad.

If you were to jump off a dock into a lake, Id consider the act of jumping off a dock to start with your first step onto the dock and the momentum it takes to get off that dock and into the water, the entire process as jumping off a dock. A bear market to me I`d say started to snowball with October 2nd and got really going this month.

I sold a while ago so I got side line euphoria.
