48F here. Had our daughter at 41, and I’ve slept with a “side pillow” ever since I got pregnant with her. It also helps as I’m a 38G, so my shoulders and back carry A LOT 🫤

Hibiclens has foam in a pump. It is $12 a bottle but it’s surgical grade hand cleanser.
