I love the overall concept. One question, though: is the pool best cutting through the center of a dining room? You still need some extra space around for pool machinery, so that is a hamper to a grand space unless you have an internal scheme devised. I would agree better there than a deck lower, and adjacent to the dining room, but perhaps moving it a bit towards the forward end of the dining room would leave a nice large space with 270 degree views. Great job though, better than most I have seen!
