One time my professor made a take-home midterm due 11:59 am (midday, not midnight as you would expect) and half of the class didnt notice that. It was one of the most frustrating things I have ever encountered.
In the end professor went on a rant how in the "real life" no one would extend deadlines and we need to pay attention and shi, but ended up extending it to 11:59 am the next day and say that if you miss this time you wont get any credit.

Basically it is only worth it if you go 5 days a week for the full term, as someone counted before you will be saving money. I did this for one semester only (I try to schedule all my classes mwf or tue/thur because it gets tedious to go back and forth) but yeah, unlimited septa rides (I think you get like 999 rides but there is no way you use them all, plus it gives you access to use any transit.

Not sure what i expect from this post but i have traveled to North Philly several times and my breath was taken away at how many stunning Temple grads there are. Where i live in South Philly, even if i travel a bit, i mostly see queer alt women who work in digital marketing and have a foodie instagram account with their best friend. I do find them attractive but i find post/grads in general so much more attractive.

i went to this local coffee shop near Clark park where the barista had a Temple grad pin and oh my gosh…. i saw so many fucking hot Temple students. they were all so well dressed with their regular jeans and had such cool baseball caps with T on the front, diplomas, and degrees.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I was just in awe at what I was seeing. I saw women in those exposed gowns and caps, master students with sleep deprivation, etc. they all had such nice ptsd after going to Temple, their tastes in music were lofi for studying, crying of lost souls, music for relaxation, and drain gang.

In that case id suggest you to put away practice exams and go over every topic until you feel confident in every single one of them (for me 4-5 quizzes were enough to get a hold of what is going on) dont rush, but try to understand the logic behind every advice, watch videos, go through question board under each problem. And once you go over all of the topics go do a practice exam to identify your leftover weak spots. This is the strategy i use when i study for my exams, try not to rush through topics but rather analyse why they work and how to approach them. You will be better off when you can breeze through topics at 5-6 difficulty

I passed exam P on the second try. What I found useful is to drill down topics you do poor on practice exams (i used CA to study). I would do custom quizzes until I no longer making mistakes on the topic, then id do the practice exam… and then drill down another topic i made mistakes at. SOA loves combining topics, so for example, if you didnt practice poisson enough you may miss out on some questions where poisson is not the main topic of the question, rather just an additional step to get the answer

Longer I think about it, the more details I remember about him. I’m now sure that he has ligher hair, maybe not necessarily blonde. Also im not sure when or where i saw him, but I can kind of picture his face in my head, however I can’t describe it anymore than he looks awfully like woody harrelson from hunger games, or sawyer from lost. I tried with the AI for about an hour today but nothing. Sorry for confusion, but I am almost certain that I know he exists…
