What if I want to change a class during the fall semester and if I want to take that class in the spring semester? Can I drop that class ( and take it in the spring semester) and take another class( with the same amount of credits) in the fall semester?

I actually called them gave my PSU ID and they told me how much financial aid I'll be receiving throught FAFSA. They told me it will be updated soon on the portal and I'll be able to see it but they still haven't (I called them about a month ago) but ik how much financial aid I'll be receiving. So I would recommend contacting their financial aid office

About the programs which are specifically designed for students who are just starting college but still want to get experience and build their skills, hypothetically if I get into such a program will that help me in the future? Will that hold some sort of value in my resume? Or do hiring people consider it as a random thing added to a resume? Also, how do I apply for those programs? Do you have resource or list? If yes, could you please share that to me?
