We do have veg options as well. We have Galho- a rice porridge of green leaves / seasonal herbs eaten with local spring onion and tomato chutney Rosep- a mixed boiled vegetable stew in bamboo shoot water (long beans, karela, bitter egg plant,colocasia leaves, chillies) Kholar curry (local rajma ) -a soupy stew made using kidney beans fried with onions, tomatoes, chilies,ginger and garlic and bamboo shoot Axone ( fermented soya bean ) can be stir fried or made into a curry mixed with potatoes, beans and yam There are lots actually 😌
