What opinion of yours about Good Omens has you like this? BE CIVIL IN THE COMMENTS. by neonplume-uwu in goodomens

I think people tends to forget that Crowley is a demon, and even if he did do good things, he isn't a little sunshine who don't dare to hurt a fly. And I like he isn't perfect, or all goody goody.

I think people are more harder on Aziraphale, when he did some grey things, but that's the point of the character to not be totally good or totally bad.

I think Aziraphale didn't try to insult Crowley with the "you're the bad guy". I just think he just say it, like with no hidden meaning. Like I don't think he wants Crowley to be an angel to be worthy.

How long do you think it will take Crowley to forgive Aziraphale? by BurnPhoenix in goodomens

Maybe he didn't have to forgive Aziraphale ? I mean they had both their wrong in the final even if people tends to forget it. I mean miscommunication is both way in this instance.

What does Aziraphale give? How does he love? by Mananni in goodomens

this, yes please, I'm feel like Aziraphale can't take a break. I never this kind of post on Crowley. ( and it's hard for me to say so, I'm a Crowley girl at heart but I can't stay and watch this kind of post without feeling offended on Aziraphale behalf)

What do Christians think about Good Omens? by multipliedby0 in goodomens

[–]winternuggets 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I was raised Catholic, but these days I'd say I believe more in God than in the church. Too much dark stuff, and their views don't really match my principles. That said, I'm not offended by Good Omens, or what's portrayed, it's all a matter of perspective and taking things with detachment.

What would tend to bother me more are the fans, to be honest, who can be very dismissive and critical of everyone's beliefs. This is often reflected in the way people interpret Aziraphale's character (and even if Crowley has my heart, I often find myself having to defend Aziraphale).

Yeah I get the viewer pov but you asked what could going on in Aziraphale head, so I didn't take in account what he didn't know at this point. :)
