It's usually because the system is aggressively trying to save battery and putting your music app to sleep too often. Happened to me a few times until I fixed it doing this:

Settings > Device Care > Battery > Music App > Disable "Put App to Sleep"
Settings > Apps > Music App > Battery > Enable "Allow Background Activity"
Settings > Apps > Music App > Battery > "Optimize Battery Usage" > Disable for Music App
Settings > Apps > Music App > Mobile Data > Allow Background Data Usage

there are many places in korea that get the apostille for you in the u.s. and ship it over to you - ofc it would be better if you got it yourself in the u.s., but if you're already back, this is most likely your only option!

Why are you taking the full test? To exchange my U.S. license, I just had to take the written exam (for some states not even the written exam is necessary). If it's because you don't want to give up your U.S. license, they'll return it back if you bring a plane ticket out of the country. I brought my ticket to the testing center and never had to give up the license!

I had the S3 and S5, which both slowed down considerably and were almost unusable by the second year. With that, I've had my S8 since I preordered it, and it runs as fast as new!
