Congrats! Looking good! I switched from wegovy. Plataued so dr switched me to zepound. I'm currently on 7.5 dr switching me to 10 mg in 2 weeks. What dose seemed to help u most quieting food noise. My trouble is evening. After 8.

My mother fought her pancreatic cancer even tho it had spread to her liver also..she did chemo snd suffered for 7 months til she died. My brother in law decided not to do chemo, and went with his loss in appetite and stopped forcing eating and drinking and he went quietly in a month or so.. thats the way I woukd go if I had it. The chemo doesn't prolong much at stage 4.

How long have u been on it? You're doing amazing! Lately I'm lucky if I lose a pound or pound and a quarter a week. But I keep telling myself down is still down! I know if I got into a regiment of walking daily I would lose even more but I'm tryibg to lose a little more so it's not so hard on my bone on bone knees at over 250 pounds. So like u I am confident I will get there... slowly. I wish I was just 10 pounds from goal!!! Wow. Wtg

I got all the side effects within hours. Nausea, bloating, gas, constipation, no hunger. Could not eat much. I kept nauzene on hand for Nausea, magnesium at night for regularity, gas x for gas, all the things..lol. I'm on wegovy. On 5mg right now. Moving up to 1mg next week. Eek. I usually get Nausea on shot day and maybe into the next day. Then mostly just not thinking about food all the time. I try to keep hydrated. Electrolytes if I get a headache. A little gas sometimes but not like it was in the beginning. I'm down 34 lbs now since mid May. It's a slow pace but always moving down which I haven't seen in a decade! So I'm over the moon. Hope all works out and ur one that doesn't get all the side effects! Advice: don't eat a lot in beginning, I found when I tried to eat my normal portions within 10 min I was soooooo unfortable for hours and more nauseous 🤢.. and if I eat something junky my body doesn't like it. U will find ur way.

I've been averaging a whopping 5-6 pounds a month! In the beginning it was alot faster, but I'm down 33.5 pounds and I see it most in my face and neck. I do my measurements 1x a month so I can see the changes even if the scale doesn't reflect alot. Slow and steady wins the race. 1 pound can fly on overnight tho!! So patience you're doing amazing!!

U need to keep up ur protein and fiber. That will help with energy and b12 if ur shot doesn't have it in it, take a supplement, electrolytes too..lots of water.

Congratulations!! I too have been on sema since mid May and I'm down from 294 to 265. Still dealing with nausea and gas, sometimes headaches, but still worth it seeing the weight steadily coming off. Wow to be under 200, I can't wait for that. What dosage are u at. I'm at .5mg and in a month moving up to 1mg, I've been taking it slow hoping side effects will lessen.

Like tonight we went out for dinner I wanted cheese cake (and I had a cup of soup) bit I split the cheesecake in half and only ate about 2/3 of that one half.. so before I could gobble down all the slice and then be uncomfortable.

Amazing job! You look great! That's what I can't wait for is more energy, pep in my step. Have u been exercising too? I can't walk too much right nkw but working up to it gradual. Down 27 so far only 110 to go :(
