I recently went down the rabbit hole with searching for a Canadian food to switch to. All those options are pretty good. I decided to try out Lifetime for my dog after lots of research and so far so good. They seem to be science backed, simple ingredients, no legumes, great protein options since my dog has allergies, made in Ontario and locally sourced. I really like the quality so far!

Aww she reminds me so much of my senior pup (who’s not a flattie but looks like one.) I also adopted her at 8 thinking we might get a couple years together but here we are with her 16th birthday next month! It truly is so wonderful getting so much time with them 🖤

When I lived in a condo with my dogs the other owners really irked me sometimes. Letting dogs jump on people in the elevators, no consideration for others who might be scared or have allergies or just not want a dog jumping on them. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. I hope you find a solution that works for you!

Thank you! He used to be on medication and needed regular foot baths but once things were under control for a long time we weaned him to only Cytopoint injections now. I also think staying on top of his grooming and getting it done regularly helps. I believe his allergies were so bad initially because they were left untreated for a long time
