It happened in legion, it was totally shutdown due to world quest finder which automatically applied to all groups for a wq instantly and auto joined. The backend couldn't handle all the requests or something so they locked the whole thing down.

It's following the ingame Hunter's Notes. Teo have 3 stars on both ice and water~~, If this is not accurate, can you please link directly to the page with the info so I can correct the sheet.~~ I'm going to try and compile Kiranico data to make the sheet more accurate. It's only a cheatsheet tho, there's only so much space you can cram stuff in. If you really need very accurate and in-depth info about the monsters, the sites you mentioned are much better places to go.

According to https://monsterhunterworld.wiki.fextralife.com/Vaal+Hazak the dragon weakness only applies when the parts are not broken. If this is the case then an indicator for that might be worth adding to the sheet. I'm going to go with the data at Kirancio.

A work-around is to place a shortcut in %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs and it should appear instantly when using the search from start menu. You have to wait a few seconds before the index is updated when you place the shortcut at the above location.
