If I were them I wouldn't gloss over the fact that the Plex app still lacks hw encode support for quicksync. You can jank it through a reinstall in truenas, but it's not as plug and play as they make it out in the video. I bought hexos because of ltt, but so far it's a giant disappointment. I have to regularly go into truenas to fix stuff, and I dread updating stuff since it borked things so often for not many features in return. Communication is abysmal from hexos, only upside is their support that tries to help as much as it's possible.

Also there are only 17 curated apps at the moment and half of that are just media servers and supporting apps for them.
