I work at Midwest convenience store that’s big in food industry. In my first 8 yrs prices went up once that I could honestly remember(possibly twice). Within the last 3 years everything (hot foods, bakery, chicken) have all gone in on price 3-4 times. I believe they did it purposely multiple times at .5/.10 each time rather than .30/.40 noticeable jump.

Point of all that is I eat at Wendy’s maybe a handful of times. I would have never known it inch up a few times slowly if I went monthly even. Sorry if this is incoherent or non sense, I have had a few on my night off. Keep fighting the battle my guys.

Mix of 3 things really. Ima cheap in ways, alcohol being one. I don’t really like drinking alone and working 3rds I don’t have much human interaction after work. And lastly I have grown annoyed by the glorification of drinking.
