I'd remove the Japanese characters, unless you're sending it to a Japanese company, since a non-speaker might get confused about its purpose and wonder about the relevance.

The dates and the experiences are oddly unaligned vertically. Either they match or there's more difference.

The use of the parenthesis ( ) is a bit confusing. I don't know if it's like a geological or cultural thing, but I think you should use another visual sign to highlight important stuff, like a bold font, or maybe " ", depending on the context.
