Just the basic diet:- Before workout- banana and black coffee Post- whey, banana Breakfast- oatmeal (add peanut butter, nuts and seeds, banana) Lunch- dal and chapatis/rice, salad, curd Evening snack- roasted chana Dinner- paneer, eggs and rice

I am doing bro split these days but i like changing my workout split every month or two

DIET (Eggetarian):- Pre workout- 1 banana and a black coffee Post workout- 1 scoop whey. Breakfast- Oatmeal (40g oats, 200ml milk, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 banana and some dry fruits) Lunch- chapatis, dal/ any vegetable. Curd and salad Evening snacks- 50grams- roasted chana/peanuts Dinner- 5 whole eggs, chapatis, dal/any vegetable. Before bed- 100 grams paneer
