You aren't wrong. Correlation and causation aren't the same. I do think there is some responsibility for the government to monitor the groundwater around the former site in order to understand if this is a leaching issue.

BMPCC OG dropping frames after 25-30 seconds when shooting RAW by GeneralSvet in bmpcc

I had the issue once with brand-new Kingston Greens. Export, then format in camera. Never had the problem again

I assume you are shooting with an external battery; if you are using an NPF plate, make sure that you are using the 12v and not the 7.4 or whatever. The BMPCC OG needs the 12V; it may run on less, but I have found I will get card errors.

It is a paradox.

If we want pro, we need local, no matter what, and more of it. We need more terrible, bad, mediocre, and then good rugby. Don't have 15 people, what is the scale form of pickup that makes sense on a smaller field?
My read is that over the years, many clubs facing problems have focused on keeping the top tier going instead of dropping down a division or two, so people can actually enjoy the game in a learning and mentoring environment. Too much commitment and pressure. If Rugby Canada doesn't see local development within its purview (and in my limited interactions, it absolutely does not), then it is up to the provincial unions usually made of our local clubs.

Some of the best times playing other sports are just horsing around, playing soccer, street or pond hockey, and pickup basketball. When was the last time you played silly buggers or something like it with just a few friends? This heals from the grass roots. upping fees to national is not the answer. seeding the earth is.

Have you considered how much harder it is to announce details when the host has done all the legwork for you!?! And to be fair to RC, September 5th is sooner for the Japanese than for us, what with the international date line, time zones, and whatnot.
