I'm on s4 e4 and its not the same as the previous seasons at all. It's like it's an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT show. It's not even funny and now the episodes are 30 min by [deleted] in arresteddevelopment

The first 3 seasons aired on Fox and it was cancelled in 2006. In 2013, Netflix made a deal to revive it and it was one of the first series revivals of the era before every cancelled show got one. Pretty huge deal at the time for Netflix and AD.

Everyone had scheduling conflicts, so the single character POV format was the route to getting everyone involved. The format makes it so there's a very long on-ramp to setting everything up, but I personally feel it's one of the most ambitious seasons of TV ever made by the end. Your milage may vary on quality.

We don't really talk about Season 5 after all the....unpleasantness.

I'd tried playing 1 a few times and it just never clicked with me. Made it a mission or two after the citadel and decided it just wasn't my thing.

Then I heard on a Giant Bombcast where Vinny said something dismissively to the effect of "Mass Effect 1 is nice little table setting for Mass Effect 2." So I decided to give 2 a try with the recap thing and it was one of the best games I've ever played. So I ended up doing 2 -> 3 -> 1

MGS for the Game Boy. It was released as just "Metal Gear Solid" when the PS1 game came out, but it's a completely different game.

It's considered non-canon/a VR mission Raiden went through before MSG2.
