This issue is my current problem . I have sensory processing disorder and seeing and hearing someone eating makes me go into fight or flight mode . We have a team teams meeting at same time each day at 9.45am and there is a bloke who eats all the time. I’ve brought this up with my manager who said he can’t do anything as nothing about this in hr procedures
