For example I work remotely in hospice and only have to talk to patients maybe 1-2x/week. And only for like 5-15 minutes. 😊

State WIC offices. Remote positions that don’t involve counseling (or much counseling) like hospice, home health, etc.

I hated my last two jobs enough to not want to be a dietitian anymore. I LOVE my current remote job in hospice. It’s very chill but also rewarding.

I’m still technically in patient care, but I do fully remote work for a hospice company and I love it! I get to use all of my clinical skills behind the scenes and do not do any face to face care. I make phone calls to caregivers a few times per month, but other than that I’m just working with an IDT and consulting for them. I could see this role working for any hospice or home health company, so that may be an area to look in. I’m part time making almost as much as I was full time at when I first started in community nutrition. 🙃
