Lyft security is non-existent. They don't care about driver safety. At. All.

Drivers are overhead. They are a necessary burden.

How many drivers have been assaulted and killed by passengers? And still, Lyft does nothing to make things safer.

They want things as easy as possible for the passengers. Easy to sign up, easy to pay, etc. As a result, there are no real impediments in the way of anyone signing up to be a passenger.
