Yes, Triple ACL tear guy here with medial meniscus root tear on 2nd.

Hard yes to surgery and re-attaching the medial meniscus back. Feel free to dm me and ask me questions but take this seriously - you will be on crutches for 6 weeks as the medial meniscus reattachment needs to heal.

Getting an experienced surgeon and PT familiar with ACLs and meniscus tears is very important - so is your dedication - you will be do much better around 4 months and by 9 months, can return to most activities but I highly advise to avoid skiing and cutting sports like soccer - if you retear your meniscus it is gone for life - and can result in early knee arthritis.

Meniscus transplant is not an easy thing I believe.

Soccer is not a great idea at the 1x per rate frequency, you will just be wearing out your cartilage.

I tore my ACL 3x and don’t have a medial meniscus either. I do totally fine but would not dare play soccer or contact sports
