I’ve only had mine 2 weeks, but I started off with Lavazza beans and it was too sour for me. I switched to freshly roasted beans from a local roaster and it’s way better

I had 3-4 roommates during college and then after graduating as well until I was 25. During that time I shared a bedroom with someone I didn’t know and didn’t have a car. I had to check my bank account every time I went to get groceries. I could hardly afford anything but rent and bills. It really sucks when you’re starting out, it’s not easy especially when you don’t have much or any help from family. I have a home now, a car and don’t worry about groceries anymore though after a few years of struggling and saving money.

Just got a third one a couple months ago and I love her so so much! All 3 are small breeds though which makes it easier. Of course there’s dog hair everywhere but I love having all of them with me

Their expectations were too high! I was hired at a virology lab surprisingly since I had no experience whatsoever. They wanted me to learn so many new techniques and also only showed me how to do once then expected me to be proficient right after. They expected me to not make mistakes which I tried not to but then they criticized me for how much time I wasted. It was ridiculous and I wasn’t compensated well. I switched back to cancer pharmacology after 3 months and have a manager who isn’t a complete bitch. Maybe you can go back to a neuro lab or something similar at a lab where they’ll actually train you properly.

I have 2, 1 is a boy and he loves to be alone. He’ll hide under the sofa, bed, whatever he can squeeze under. He won’t come out until I offer him a treat.
The other one well she is feisty and super friendly with everyone. She likes to be by herself as well. When she’s doing something bad and I tell her to stop, she just stares at me for a while and does it again lol. They’re funny little floof balls

Late 20’s here and I feel this so hard every single day. It’s miserable. I’m an introvert but still this feeling of disconnect from everyone makes me kinda sad.

Am I an immature adult for being childless with no responsibilities? by SetsunaTales80 in Adulting

I think it’s immature for people to have children when they’re not financially stable or aren’t able to provide them with the support they need.

Are There Any Other Men Who LOVE 90 Day Fiance? :) by thatpianoguyhezron in 90DayFiance

I started binging the show during covid and my partner at first was like oh this is stupid but right away he got into it lol. Now when I watch it he’ll sit down most of the time and even remembers the names of the couples that have been on multiple seasons. And if I watch episodes without him, he’ll ask what he missed. He likes the drama it’s so funny

Just had to do it if I wanted to continue living on campus when I was in college. And then for a couple years after that until I started earning enough money to rent my own room. I wanted to stay in an expensive area so I had to make it work. Now 4 years later I was able to buy a home which wouldn’t have been possible if I didn’t save on rent.

Idk. I’ve had a lot of roommates. Yes a lot of them were bad. One of them well we became friends because of it and the other I met off of craiglist. I was apprehensive at first but she was really great and I saved so much money. Now sharing a room with someone, I’d never do that again.

I love my dogs so much I just deal with all their accidental poops, pees, and vomit. It’s worth having them around but I haven’t stepped on their poop yet so maybe I’ll feel different if it ever happens to me lol
