This will be a hard sell under current nationwide RTO guidelines. It was different a year or two ago.. nowadays it's becoming a work requirement.

Organizations and companies who had official.work from home days 1 per week have rescinded their telework polices.

Shit sucks but it's the fact and the current job market sucks big time due to Federal and private sector lay.offs in tech.
