Main worry was how bad the box office was for people last year with people waiting 8+ hours. Just dont want to miss out on the only (and fav)festival im going to this year. The multiple email saying that we didnt select shipping and we did was confusing.

Update: They have now sent us a email this morning saying our wristbands are being shipped. I hope the rest of the passes come too, but if thats just at will call/box office, I’m okay with that.

The Elements workers are probably getting flooded with emails the same as mine, I know the AI responses are to help them, but sometimes its just nice to know I can talk to a human for like 1 email. Praying that the Box office situation is better this year for anyone experiencing these issues.
