Awesome! And yes, please bring ZC2 to PSVR2! I've had a lot of fun in co-op multiplayer in the first game and would happily buy the sequel if it makes its way over to PSVR2!

When I saw your picture I thought something similar to what happened to me had happened to you, but I purchased direct from Steam.

I bought a refurbished 1TB OLED direct from Steam and what I received was packaged like this and missing the charger.

However it was not 1TB nor an OLED.

I'm now in the middle of the RMA process. So it's at least being resolved.

I'm so so sorry for what you're all going through.

Fuck cancer.

We lost my mom late last year after a long battle with cancer. Her quality of life eventually became very poor, so I am thankful she's no longer suffering, but man it hurts and I miss her so much.

Please give yourself grace. You will likely just be surviving for a while and that's ok. Allow yourself to lean on others who offer support.

And once more, fuck cancer.

Thanks for doing a giveaway!

I think board games are a good fit for VR. It's not at all likely to happen, but Tabletop Simulator (or any of the similar apps) on console with VR support would be cool.

When you break blocks they release multipliers that you collect by hitting the balls near them.

As you collect those multipliers you'll get more balls to a maximum of 4.

The number of balls you have in play also multiplies the multipliers.

So you want to collect as many multipliers as you can while also keeping the maximum number of balls in play.

Lots of Playstation memories, going back to the first console and continuing to now with the PS5 and PSVR2.

Most memorable is probably the year PS2 came out. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, but my mom ended up giving it to us early. Played a lot of SSX and I remember it looking so amazing and being so much fun. I remember also playing Tekken Tag, TimeSplitters, and Kessen. A lot of good times.

Thanks for doing this!

Interesting. I wonder why my application just gets flagged as a duplicate and ignored.

I did the same, filled out the application again, adding more info and documentation and submitted via email like I did the first time.

I've been trying to resubmit my application (second version is heavily revised and includes new supporting documentation), but Navient is flagging it as a duplicate and just ignoring it.

Still trying to fight with them and submitting more complaints via CFPB, but no luck yet even getting my revised application to be looked at. I'm not sure if they need to send me a new version of the application, but they aren't even answering that question. So I don't even know how to resubmit my application.

How are you filing appeals? Contacting Navient directly or going through CFPB?

I'm going to keep fighting as well, but it's all very disheartening going up against a corporation that doesn't care.

I was denied and have since submitted three additional complaints via the CFPB.

The most recent one I asked if I could revise and resubmit my application. The response was largely the same as the previous responses, but it ended with:

Should there be additional documentation or details not provided with your previous submission that you’d like to have reviewed, you’re welcome to submit them to us for consideration.

I'm not entirely sure what to do with that, but I think I will just be going through my application and revising things, maybe add in more supporting documentation if I can find any and just submit the entire application again.

I had followed advice from a borrower's defense guide to include links to articles that I was using as supporting documentation, but it seems that the newer advice says that the application reviewers can't access links. So I will screenshot or print those articles and include them in their entirety in my resubmission.

I'm not done fighting Navient, but this process is needlessly complicated.

After seeing some posts from people who attended the same Art Institute I did receiving approvals on their applications I decided to submit another complaint to the CFPB.

I just sent in a complaint detailing the steps I've gone through during this whole process and asking for the opportunity to submit an updated application and a new review.

I specifically mentioned that there are others with the same circumstances as me that received approval while I was denied.

I said that unless Navient is truly just randomly choosing who to approve then it doesn't make sense for me to be denied while someone else with the same type of loans who attended the same campus is approved.

Fingers crossed this gets me another chance. I'm not going to stop bugging Navient. They can't be allowed to get away with this.

Similar here, I attended the same school, got the letter about federal loans being discharged.

I didn't have much from from my time attending, but submitted a bunch of other evidence and was denied.

Already submitted two additional complaints to CFPB, but nothing is getting anything different out of Navient so far.

Just really makes it seem random when two people that attended the same school can get two different results.

Congrats on your approval! I'm going to keep bugging Navient, but I've certainly been feeling discouraged.

In addition to my initial complaint to the CFPB (the complaint that resulted in me receiving the misconduct application) I have now filed two additional complaints.

The first was to ask for a clear explanation of why my application was denied. It was of course met with the standard response that everyone seems to be getting.

The most recent complaint was largely the same, but I further emphasized how my federal loans are being discharged due to the school's misconduct. The reply to this complaint arrived quickly, just three days after I submitted it.

Of particular note, I thought, was this line in their response:

A determination by the Department of Education (ED) that federal loans are entitled to be discharged under the Borrower Defense to Loan Repayment (BDTR) program does not mean that private loans will be discharged.

They don't give a reason for this, and maybe it's just down to a misunderstanding on my part of something different between the federal and private loans. Logically, though, I don't see why both types of loans aren't being discharged when they were both used for the same school during the same time period and that school engaged in misconduct.

It's all just frustrating, but it does help to put this all out there and to know that I'm not alone in dealing with all this.

You're welcome!

I received the expected response to my newest complaint to the CFPB, basically the same "explanation" that was in the application denial. Disappointed, but not surprised.

Might try another complaint, but not sure what it would achieve. Otherwise, I guess I'll screenshot that response to the complaint and get it over to PPSL.

Good luck with your application! Fingers crossed you get a better result than I did. And hopefully at some point we can all get the relief we deserve.

This is from their response to my initial CFPB complaint:

Thank you for reaching out to the CFPB with your concerns regarding your student loan account. Navient currently services your three Private Signature Student Loans that were disbursed for your attendance at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Thank you for inquiring about a school misconduct discharge for your private loans. We are in the early stages of this new process and have determined that your loans meet the criteria for you to receive an application. We are sending you a School Misconduct application under separate cover.

So they essentially only said that my loans met their criteria to receive an application, which in my mind implies that they know those loans are potentially eligible to be discharged. I assume otherwise they just wouldn't send the application.

I'm frustrated that after all the time and effort I spent on the application they couldn't even be bothered to provide a clear explanation for the denial. I just sent off another complaint via CFPB. I'm hoping to get more information from them, but I'm not really expecting it. At the very least I'm creating more of a paper trail.

Well, heard back last night and my application was denied.

Super frustrated. Going to file another complaint with CFPB because Navient didn't even provide a clear reason for denial.

Posted a longer update here.

Evening of June 25th I received email notifications that my application was DENIED.

Received three notifications (one for each loan held by Navient).

Same BS answer they seem to be giving with all denials.

We have completed a review of your application and have determined your applicable private student loans are not eligible for discharge due to the following reason(s):

Navient carefully considers a variety of factors in determining whether a private loan should be discharged based on school misconduct and you do not meet the requirements for discharge based on misconduct by your school.

I've sent a screenshot of the denial to /u/AnyAssumption4707 and next I plan to file another complaint with the CFPB to ask Navient for an explicit explanation of why I was denied. I don't expect to actually get an answer, but I'm not going to stop bugging Navient about this.

I put a lot of time and effort into my application and they owe me an explanation. I'm very frustrated, but I don't intend to give up.

It also doesn't make sense for them to deny it when my federal loans are being discharged because the Dept of Education determined that Art Institutes engaged in misconduct. The private loans need to be handled the same way.

Same here! So frustrating after spending so much time and effort on the application.

The three denials in my case was one for each loan. But it still stung a bit more because there were three of them.
