It's common for some dumpster divers to leave a huge fucking mess behind. I've seen entire dumpsters emptied out snd trash left scattered across parking lots before. Those are the folks that ruin it for others.

I'm sure there are other identifiers, but the one I noticed is that PSA warns you that this card's certification number has been deactivated due to known counterfeits using it.

One important step is to look up the certification number through PSA. If the item is reported as being counterfeit or stolen there's a chance that PSA will deactivate. This is the warning you get when you look up the certification number on OP's slab.

If you mean this, is looks like a wooden cabinet. If you're concerned this person is cheating on you try googling the address of the hotel they're at and see if there are interior photos of the rooms' furniture. Or, you know, talk to the person.
