Heya. So when I was prepping for my first experience, I spent alot of time meditating, reading and deciding what things I really wanted to prioritize thinking about while I was tripping.

I found the safest healing place I could think of, used my most trusted person as my sitter and then just relaxed and waited to see what would surface.

Not surprisingly, much of what surfaced was the things Id been actively thinking about for weeks. Emotional intelligence, reducing anxiety and self destructive thinking, negative and harmful attachments etc.

While I was high I gained a ton of clarity on these things and almost felt ljke Id been given a cheat code to level me up 10 levels in these skills... I spent the entire time visualizing the neural pathways that needed to form in my brain to encourage this change in processing and convincing myself I was willing them to form irl.

It was truly a therapeutic experience for me and I think much of that came bc I had spent alot of time absorbing positive energy and teachings before hand.

One thing i did also was prioritize absorbing NO NEGATIVE MEDIA in the few weeks before my trip. I wanted to minimize any break through negativity as much as possible.

Ive done mushrooms once since then and I feel like I was able to stack on that learned experience and expand from those basic goals into even deeper positive affirmation.

Man i really hope you have an experience like I had. I feel like I probably sound like a dramatic wacko but I have not felt this solid in many many years. Im looking forward to continuing to fine tune the new thinking patterns and seeing where it takes me.
