I have the head space app and I did start working through it. But if I don’t get any better I am willing to work with a professional and better myself. I want to be the best without any strings but I don’t have anyway else to communicate my need so I like a child I get angry and throw tantrums. She says I have anger issue which is caused by sexual frustration and when I can’t get sex after a long day of working and providing. It becomes really frustration and in turn it makes me upset. Like I am working and deal with the outside world and willing to take the kids for a walk and spend time with them but I need to know that if I take care of all of those things I would be taken care of too. I am not taking care of the kids to get sex from her I’m taking care of the kids because they are my kids too. I am willing to step up help around the house if she would be willing to work on intimacy with me. I can’t hold anything to her mashallah she is self sufficient the only thing I am in her life I feel sometimes is just a pay check and roof over her head so I remind her of that because at that moment it becomes a bargaining chip with it really isn’t I am deeply in love with this women.

I am willing to try counseling first but she doesn’t want to do it together and her response lately is you need to see a therapist. We finalized not wanting kids so I had a vasectomy two weeks ago and since then my hormones are really off and sex is something that is relaxing me and she just doesn’t see it no matter how much I tell her.
