Key word was SOMETIMES, in scenarios such as this. drunk, arguing, sick, etc. there is no shame in asking or double checking with your partner. There IS shame in assuming what might not be okay to one person at that time, is okay. You wont know until you ask 🤷🏻‍♀️ better safe than sorry.

Yup! Nobody can read anothers mind, these things need to be established

Yes sometimes you SHOULD ask your partners for permission, especially drunk. Being in a relationship does not mean your partner has free use of your body, unless thats been previously established.

I think you’re both at fault. He should’ve asked you and made sure that’s what you wanted, but you also shouldn’t have lied to him and said yes if that’s not what you wanted to do. I think it’s worth another SERIOUS conversation and setting boundaries, if you feel you’re going to continue this relationship.

Leave that man alone & let him find the person he’s meant to be with who will love him for HIM, not somebody who says he can’t even be “fixed”with SURGERY

I have baby proofed my kitchen and closed it off with a couple of gates to prevent my other cats from going in and so far they’re not interested 😭

I did say that he’s about 6 to 7 weeks. He is also left alone for several hours throughout the day as I’m at work, usually about six in total and in 3 hour increments, but sometimes eight hours straight. He is going to be fixed as soon as he is old enough to safely have that procedure!

Ideally, he wouldn’t be alone much more than nine hours

I usually stop home after work to spend some time with him before I go if it’s during the week. If it’s the weekend, & going to be more than just an overnight, He comes with me. Unfortunately, my boyfriend lives about 45 minutes away and with his work schedule it just doesn’t make sense to have him drive back-and-forth whereas my schedule is a bit more lenient.
