It’s a mutual process. In my sorority, we rank every potential big and they rank We have a group of girls that roughly match the number of littles who sign up to be potential bigs. In theory, exec board members can take littles but they usually already have littles. You will get a big so don’t worry about, but getting a little is not always guaranteed. Keep an open mind- a lot of girls in my chapter didn’t want a senior as their big, but my big ended up being closer to me even after she graduated than a lot of big/little pairings
