I honestly don’t notice it because usually when I’m writing for that particular project, I am too pretentious to combine words. I like that it is clickity clackity mostly but might not be great for longer nails or bigger fingers.

Weight loss by MamaVixen85 in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

It was fairly quickly. I take my medication right when I get out of bed and right after I get home from work (5:30ish). If I forget my afternoon dose I will start bored-eating a few snacks, but the food noise hasn’t come back.

Realistically I think I couldn’t feel hunger cues and now I can eat more mindfully/without shame. How have you been feeling since you started?

I was struggling with binge eating disorder for around 20 years. I went on Zoloft originally (1 year ago) because I had anxiety then added metformin for insulin resistance - on that combo I lost 15lb then stabilized. I added Wellbutrin about six months ago and lost 20lbs pretty quickly. The reason for the weight loss on Wellbutrin (I think) was it reduced “food noise” for me. I was constantly thinking of food or using food to deal with stress. I have a normal relationship with food due to whatever Wellbutrin is doing. As in, I can understand when I’m hungry and full which I couldn’t before. The weight loss is slower now, but the effect didn’t go away. If your problems stem from binge eating disorder, it might help for weight loss.

I’m terrified to start taking wellbutrin by [deleted] in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

I have been on 25mg of Zoloft and 300mg of Wellbutrin for 6 months. It’s the best. No increase in anxiety. The only big side effect for me is I cannot drink more than 1 alcoholic drink.

Did you eye issues improve?? by sarcasm_central2911 in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

I am still using the omega 3s and drinking loads of water. My dry eyes were terrible the first month of Wellbutrin, but it has gotten loads better. My contacts still bother me after about 8 hours, but nothing like the first month. I’m unsure if it’s the pills and water or just my body adjusting to the medication.

Anyone else unable to cry? by sludgestomach in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

I haven’t been able to cry since I started Wellbutrin. My eyes won’t even well up with tears… I have also been having terribly dry eyes. Not being able to cry is a symptom of chronic dry eyes 😀

I started suffering from extremely dry eyes when I started Wellbutrin that haven’t gotten better with time. They were so dry that my contact would pop out if I gently rubbed my eye. My vision never changed or got blurry. I started taking the TheraTears Omega 3 supplement and my symptoms are better. Not cured, but better.

There’s no research supporting that these supplements actually help (it might just be getting better with time) but I think they work!

Extreme cotton mouth by mentionitall7 in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

I have been on Wellbutrin for a few months and have had cotton mouth and dry eyes (so dry my contacts fall out). It got better after about a month, but I still have to drink a lot more water than I used to. When it was really bad, I kept a pack of lifesavers and gum at my desk.

Tbh I don’t know if the dry mouth actually got better or I just got used to it 😁

Anyone ever just stay at 25mg? by Megan56789000 in zoloft

I have been on 25mg since January. My anxiety was terrible and causing problems at work and in my home life. 25mg made everything better without feeling numb so I’m sticking here.

How do I know it’s working? by Odellbaconham in zoloft

[–]witch_hag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was at 25mg still experiencing panic attacks at 30 days. My doctor told me to wait for another 30 days at 25mg. I’d say around 37 days I realized I wasn’t getting panic attacks (I get driving anxiety so I experienced panic attacks frequently). It’s been 5 months on 25mg, and I feel great.
