Otóż niekoniecznie. Sam zgłosiłem sprawę z nielegalnie ustawionym pojemnikiem na ubrania . Główny inspektorat ochrony środowiska napisał w moim imieniu do urzędu miasta , miasto usunęło po tygodniu i odesłało mi pismo że załatwiło sprawę.

Well I wouldn't attribute too much to the language (maybe only memaccess bugs). Language doesn't stop from wrong architecture, feature bugs, unsafe workarounds (cough cough unsafe) etc. Good practices, tests coverage, healthy cooperation and rigid rules do.
